  • Music: We have some live music lined up but if anyone else is happy to play a set at some point during the evening, please get in touch using the form below.
  • Bunting: Any form of bunting – either home made or otherwise welcome. No artistic pressure at all – even plain coloured triangles on ribbon or string would be great. We would love to hang bunting all the way around the square. Please bring this along on the day.
  • Set up / Clear up: Collecting and / or returning tables from St Stephen’s Church. Putting up gazebos and general  putting out of electrics and bunting. please get in touch using the form below.
  • Children’s games:  Could you help organise children’s games or an hour or so of children’s face painting? Please get in touch using the form below.
  • Decoration: At the last jubilee lots of people hung decorations out of their windows. Hopefully some people will do that this time too.
